Welcome to Typiq. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Typiq is a web-based tool that provides font pairing suggestions using Google Fonts based on user-submitted project descriptions. Users may generate SCSS/CSS code to use these font pairings in their own projects.
Typiq offers two types of access:
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
All generated code is yours to use freely. Font pairings are based exclusively on Google Fonts, which are open-source and do not require additional licenses for commercial or personal use.
Typiq uses Google Single Sign-On via NextAuth to authenticate users. We do not store your prompt inputs or any decisions made during generation. Basic analytics may be collected to improve service performance.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to automated scraping, attempting to bypass generation limits, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
Typiq is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the service, including reliance on generated font pairings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
While Paid Tier subscribers enjoy unlimited generations under normal usage, Typiq reserves the right to apply reasonable rate-limits (e.g. 100 requests per IP per hour) to prevent abuse, ensure quality of service for all users, and protect against automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks. If you hit these thresholds, please wait a short time and retry.
